Recipe o’ the minute: Spanish Rice
1 - 1 1/2 lb cube steak
1 jar chunky medium salsa
1 jar chunky mild salsa
3 cups instant rice
2 cups water
chop cube steak coarsely. Brown in a saucepan. Add salsa. Cook on medium heat until heated through. Add rice and water. Cook until rice is tender, and liquid is absorbed.
You can also choose any temperature salsa you want. You want spicier, use hot. Not spicey? two jars of mild.
