Most of last night was spent up with Slayton. He kept complaining of a ‘belly ache’ followed by sporadic sleep. Finally, it turned to vomiting, and he felt much better. Took a shower, fell asleep on the couch for a couple hours.
Unfortunately I couldn’t join him. Sarah was also up most of the night, and when he went down, she went down too. She needed the sleep, she’s been putting in a ton of hours at the office (and frankly, I don’t need that much sleep).
I spent that time with Riley. He’s so darn CUTE these days. If you’re not looking at him when he wants you to, he’ll walk up to you, turn his head so it’s under yours, and give you a big goofy grin. Then he runs away.
